Wild Iris Therapy, LLC
A Compassionate and Affirming Space for Healing and Growth
Meet Your Therapist
Hi, I’m Stephanie—the therapist behind Wild Iris Therapy, LLC.
I strive to be someone who listens carefully, speaks honestly with kindness, and offers a space where people can feel seen. Above all, I hope to offer a sense of hope—a reminder that you are important and worth knowing.
At my core, I’m a calm and thoughtful person who values authenticity, connection, and community. I tend to be a bit introverted—I deeply value the people in my life and the relationships I build, and I believe meaningful connection often happens in quieter, more intentional spaces.
Outside of my work, I spend much of my time at the barn with my horses or at competitions. I also enjoy gardening, traveling, and spending time at home with my family and animals. These parts of my life help keep me grounded and connected to the present moment, and I bring that same steady, thoughtful presence into the space we share.
Our Services
At Wild Iris Therapy, I offer individual therapy services for teens and adults. My goal is to create a supportive, affirming space for you to explore your experiences, navigate challenges, and feel genuinely understood
-
I work with teens and adults navigating trauma, neurodivergence, LGBTQ+ identity, personality disorders, and the challenges that often come with the college and young adult years. Many of the people I work with are exploring who they are, managing intense emotions, or trying to make sense of their experiences. If you’re looking for a space where you don’t have to explain or defend who you are, you are welcome here. Together, we’ll focus on building stability, self-trust, and more connected, supportive relationships.

Therapy is collaborative and tailored to your individual needs. Together, we may focus on understanding patterns, processing past experiences, building skills for emotional regulation, and exploring identity and relationships. My approach is trauma-informed, affirming, and grounded in creating a space where you feel safe to be yourself.
I use an eclectic approach, integrating CBT, DBT, ACT, and Parts Work, depending on what feels most helpful for you. For those looking for a more structured approach to trauma work, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) is also available.

I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions.
